No scraping or mass copying

Do not scrape, crawl, mass download, mirror, archive, reproduce, or dataset SolDaily content without written permission. Search engines may index public pages according to standard robots and sitemap instructions, but copying the site into another product or corpus is not permitted.

The Permit Goblin calls this “unauthorized photon harvesting.” PV Boy calls it theft of content. Solar Sensei agrees with PV Boy.

No AI training or dataset use without permission

SolDaily content, characters, images, episode text, page structure, and visual direction may not be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or populate AI systems, datasets, image models, text generators, chatbots, or competing content systems without written permission.

This restriction includes copying SolDaily material into prompts, datasets, embeddings, vector databases, or automated content-generation workflows for commercial or competitive use.

Attribution does not replace permission

Attribution is required for allowed short quotations and educational references, but attribution does not grant rights to republish, commercialize, merchandise, or create derivative works.
